Their original office had moved locations so we tried to show up in person and realized it had changed and wasn't the same as what their website said.Collin was communicative and there were only a few times we had to reach out and make sure we were on schedule; their work looks great and when they left some mess afterwards they came back to clean everything up and made sure we didn't pay the second half until they had cleaned it all. That showed great character to me and they were able to resolve anything along the way. Rova Roofing did a great job installing a new membrane on our roof. Our project manager, Tyler was professional and communicated with us during the project. Initially we had a quote for the roof nearly 2 years prior and we put off the repair (we had spent our budget on home renos), Rova honored the quote later (when we had a leak and needed it urgently) and the job was within the budget with no surprises. What was amazing was the roof was nearly 30 percent more affordable than 4 other contractors I researched. I will give them my highest recommendation as a roofing contractor, and you can check them out on BBB and AZROC.
I got in contact with Rova Roofing while seeking a contractor to repair wind damage to my barn roof, I had them replace the entire barn roof and my house roof at the same time. I’d contacted many other contractors over a 6 month period with zero response. These guys were very fast, very clean and left me with a beautiful new roof and no mess to clean up. I’d recommend them to anyone. From first contact to job completed it was about 3 weeks!!! Amazing company
We experienced some roof tile damage after some heavy winds during a storm. Rova got out to inspect the damage immediately and had it repaired within the day. Rova made sure to make us feel like a top priority (despite how small our job was) in the way they communicated with us promptly, took action quickly, and made sure everything had met our expectations before signing off. The high quality of their work was matched by their integrity and character. Will definitely return to Rova in the future.
