The property manager or contractor reaches out to us for a bid.

We show up to the job site to inspect the project if it’s a repair or new roof. A pre job walk with the owners and the crews.

We provide a bid to the property management company.

The job is approved, and we order materials!

Next we get a delivery date for the materials, and set an install date for the project.

Materials are delivered, and we begin installation.

There are multiple walkthroughs with crews and owners to make sure everything is perfect.

Once the project is completed we do a final inspection to make sure everything is done correctly and the property manager is satisfied!

History of ROVA

Rova’s team has a wide-range of experience in the roofing and solar industry. We started in the solar industry handling operations for other solar companies and after many years of experience we saw an opportunity in the roofing industry. Rova started in 2020 as partners with Legion Roofing, they assisted with the roof fulfillment, and 2 years later we merged with Legion roofing to operate under one company Rova Roofing. Our team has 10+ years of experience in the roofing industry working with other business professionals such as builders, solar, real estate, and commercial professionals.

Here are our services for commercial businesses

Foam & Coating

Polyurethane spray foam Insulation and roofing for flat roofs. It works as a roofing system and insulates the building and roofing system. We apply 3 different layers of materials. The foam has a coating that acts as a sunscreen and that is reapplied every 5-8 years. It is very easy to maintain. Our foam is handled 100% by Rova Roofing, we own the latest and greatest machines and Rova Roofing does the entire installation. We don’t outsource any of the work to other parties.
